🌍 Major Ethiopian Coffee Varieties Available:
Yirgacheffe – Bright acidity, floral and citrusy notes. Washed or natural processed.
Sidamo – Well-balanced, medium body, with fruity and wine-like flavors.
Harrar – Dry-processed, bold and heavy-bodied with hints of blueberry and mocha.
Limu – Slightly spicy, balanced, with mild acidity and floral notes.
Guji – Distinct and complex flavor, ranging from fruity to floral with medium body.
Jimma – Rich and earthy, mostly used for robust blends.
